Payment Information
We accept payment only via the following methods: PayPal or Credit Card (Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Discover)
For all payments you will be directed to the PayPal Secure Checkout process after Step 4. When you get to the PayPal login page there is a link for users who do not have a PayPal account and want to pay by Credit Card.
We encourage users to join the PayPal system as, once your account is setup, it is amongst the most efficient and secure ways to purchase online from a huge number of sites. It costs you, the purchaser, nothing to use.

Shipping Information
LearnToPlayMusic.com now offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100.00 (via UPS Ground) for all customers within the continental USA. For all other orders, customers have the choice of the following flat rate shipping charges:

Media Mail US$6.00
Flat rate for all orders - any size. The Media Mail® service is a cost efficient way to mail books, sound recordings, recorded video tapes, printed music, and recorded computer-readable media (such as CDs, DVDs, and diskettes). Depending on the size and weight of the package, and the postal centers the package passes through, it can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to get your package. Packages are not traceable.
UPS Ground US$10.00
Flat rate for all orders - any size. Prompt, dependable, cost-effective, traceable shipping. Day-definite delivery typically in 1-6 days.
CANADA
UPS Ground US$12.50
Prompt, dependable, cost-effective, traceable shipping. Day-definite delivery typically in 1-6 days. For most orders this flat rate charge will apply. Where one of our super big Guitar Bible or Music Bible for Kids products are included in an order there is an additional charge of US$25 added to the shipping amount.
Out Of Stock Items
We endeavor to do our very best to keep all titles in stock at all times at our warehouse. However there are always events beyond our control (such as larger than expected orders) that mean that we, on occasion, run out of stock of various items. Please check back regularly or email us at USorders@learntoplaymusic.com if you would like to be informed when a particular product is back on the shelves. We appreciate your patience.
Return Policy
All sales of music and merchandise are final. We offer no refund or exchange for unrequired or wrongly selected books at the time of purchase. Please read book descriptions thoroughly and choose wisely. Defective items may be exchanged for a new product, or may be replaced without return at the discretion of the publisher.
